1 Injured in Vacaville Car Accident on 80 Freeway and Cherry Glen Road

Vacaville, California (February 6, 2023) – One person was hospitalized after a multi-vehicle accident on Sunday afternoon in Vacaville, according to the California Highway Patrol.

The collision occurred at around 1:34 p.m. on February 5, on the westbound 80 Freeway, just east of Cherry Glen Road.

Police said seven vehicles collided for unknown reasons.

Emergency crews and medical personnel aided at least one person hurt in the accident. The patient was transported to Kaiser Permanente Vacaville Medical Center for treatment of facial lacerations.

The vehicles were towed away from the accident location.

No other details concerning this crash were provided.
