1 Suffers Minor Injuries in Sacramento Car Accident near Sampson Boulevard and 47th Avenue

Sacramento, California (February 26, 2023) – One person was hospitalized after being involved in a two-vehicle collision Saturday morning near an intersection in Sacramento.

According to the California Highway Patrol, the accident happened at around 8:15 a.m. near Sampson Boulevard and 47th Avenue.

A black SUV and a black sedan were involved in the wreck. The sedan overturned onto its roof and hit a utility pole.

Paramedics responded to the scene and transported one person to Kaiser Permanente South Sacramento Medical Center with minor injuries.

Police are investigating the cause of the collision.
