1 Injured in Turlock Truck Crash on Highway 99 and Lander Avenue
Turlock, California (December 21, 2022) – One person was hospitalized after an Amazon truck accident on Tuesday morning in Turlock, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The accident happened at around 11:11 a.m. on December 20 on Highway 99 and Lander Avenue off-ramp.
Per the CHP officials, a big rig and an Amazon truck collided for unknown reasons. The Amazon truck had a broken rear axle due to the collision.
Emergency crews and medics rushed to the crash site to aid injured parties. One person riding in the Amazon truck was transported to the hospital for treatment of minor injuries.
Approximately 30ft guardrail in the median sustained significant damage following the crash.
Tow trucks were requested to remove the vehicles from the accident scene.
